ONLINE ORDERS

Online Orders must be placed by Friday 12:00pm, of the week prior to the commencement of your new meal plan. Meals are delivered on Sunday, for Monday and Tuesday; Tuesday for Wednesday and Thursday; Thursday for Friday.  Should you need to pause your meal delivery, you may do so with a minimum of 48 hour notice.  You may continue your meals at a later time, but must give a minimum of 48 hours to resume your meal delivery.  Since we use only the freshest ingredients in preparing our meals, we only order items needed to prepare orders submitted, therefore orders are non-refundable.  Credits  will be issued for future orders or credits may be transferred to friends, family members etc. (within our delivery area)

PERSONALIZED MEAL PROGRAMS

Insulated Carriers and Ice Pack Policy

All meals are delivered in insulated carriers with ice packs.  Customers are assigned 5 insulated carriers and 8 ice packs.  When new meals are to be delivered, it is the CUSTOMERS responsibility to leave out the empty bags and ice packs for our driver to pick up, he in turn will drop off your new meals in new carriers with ice packs.  If the carriers and ice packs are not available for our driver to pick up, we cannot guarantee that your next order will arrive in insulated carriers with ice packs. A refundable deposit of $20 is required for these items and will be charged to your credit card at the time the program is purchased.  Once all 5 carriers and 8 ice packs are returned, in the same condition as received, your $20 deposit will be fully refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may cancel a personalized meal program within 48 hours after the starting date.  Cancellations must be received in writing via email at info@thegoodeatscompany.com or via fax __________.  Customers that wish to cancel their programs after 48 hours of their starting date, will be entitled to a customer credit, no refunds.  This credit may be used towards online ordering, continuation of the program at a later time or may be transferred to a friend, family member etc (within our delivery area).

PAUSING MEAL SERVICE FOR BOTH ONLINE AND PERSONALIZED MEAL PROGRAMS

Customers that wish to pause their meal delivery, must notify our office via email at info@thegoodeatscompany.com or by telephone 239.656.0358 with a minimum of 48 hours notice. These days will be added at the back end of  your program. 48 hours is also required to resume meal delivery service.
